Self-Care Evaluation: Overview

WHAT: Self-Care Evaluations are single, 50-minute, non-therapy sessions facilitated by a Mental Health Consultant. They’re aimed at helping you take inventory of your self-care strategies and providing actionable suggestions.

WHERE: All Self-Care Evaluations are remote, held via HIPAA-compliant video software.

WHO: These evaluations are great for clients who are not in crisis but are looking to improve self-care and gain insight and feedback about their mental wellness. Anybody located outside of the Bay Area in California may sign up for this care experience.

HOW (to sign-up): Book a Self-Care Evaluation via the normal Kip sign-up process, when you choose your care experience. After scheduling, you’ll receive an email with instructions such as how to access the video link and a questionnaire that you’ll need to complete at least 24 hours in advance.

*Note: Self-Care Evaluations launch in February 2019, but you may book an evaluation now. If you need help booking, you may reach out to us at via website chat box (lower right corner of the page) or email us at care@hellokip.com.
