I offer safe, non-judgmental, empathic, strengths-based individual therapy to adults. My practice is guided by my deeply held belief in human resilience and our capacity to achieve meaningful change. I have extensive training in treating PTSD and trauma-related problems and many years experience working with clients in overcoming depression, anxiety, substance use, panic, parenting concerns, phobias and relationship problems.

Just as individuals are unique and dynamic, so is the therapy process. I tailor my therapeutic treatment to each individual client. This means truly seeing and hearing my clients, being mindfully present and engaged with you during our sessions and responding to what arises. While I don't subscribe to a "one size fits all" approach to treatment, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based strategies such as CBT, Mindfulness/Relaxation skills, ACT, Problem-Solving Treatment, and Exposure Therapy to respond to the unique goals of my clients.
