I love the work that I do because I get to see people make tremendous changes in their life for the better.
I help my clients identify personal strengths and harness past successes to accomplish their goals. I will create a safe, trusting space for us to work together to resolve whatever issues you face. One of the most common reasons people come to me for therapy is feeling burnt out in work or in other parts of their life.
In our first session together, I’ll ask you a lot of questions. We will go through some in-depth questionnaires together so that I can learn more about you, what has worked for you and what hasn’t worked for you in the past, and use that information to set clear goals for our work together. We will combine strategies that already work for you with new strategies and skills to fill the gaps and help you operate at a really successful level.
I will also ask you, “What would be a sign that therapy is successful for you?” Throughout the course of therapy, we will come back to that question so that we can track our progress toward your goal. My goal is to help you be successful in achieving your goals. We will continue to work on a number of different goals until you feel like you have arrived at that awesome state of feeling content, balanced, connected in your life.
In addition to traditional counseling, I also offer Self-Care Check-Ups. This kind of consultation offers personalized assessment and feedback for improved well-being, balance, and contentment.
