My goal as a therapist is to help you flourish in your life. I collaborate with my clients to discover the life they want and to change their relationship with thoughts and emotions that seemingly get in the way. My approach includes mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I can help you learn new skills, while also helping you practice awareness and acceptance. I also attend to power dynamics and issues of privilege in the therapy room.
